How long does delivery take?

Is COD available?
Yes. COD charges may apply.
Will the packaging be discreet?

Can courier partners see what I ordered?
No. There is no indication of product contents on the outer packaging.
What if my delivery attempt fails?
A reattempt can be arranged as per courier policy.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my product?
Yes, under our 30-Day Risk-Free Program if eligible.
If I order multiple products, can I return all of them?
No. The program applies to only one highest-valued eligible product per customer.
How are refunds processed for prepaid orders?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
How are refunds processed for COD orders?
Refunds are issued as a Lickcious Gift Card valid for 1 year.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping and return handling charges of ₹199 per shipment are deducted from refunds. COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We offer free replacements for damaged, leaked, incorrect, or missing items reported within the specified timeframe.
