Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on:

  • Your pin code

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network conditions

  • Weather or unforeseen logistical delays

Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.


Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.


Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may call before delivery as part of their standard process.

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Non-response

A reattempt may be scheduled as per courier policy.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the shipment being returned to us.


Shipping Charges

Shipping and return handling charges are ₹199 per shipment, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

COD handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.


Address Modifications

Address changes can be requested before dispatch.

Once shipped, modifications may be possible subject to courier feasibility.

We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch.


Quick Commerce (Blinkit)

Select oral spray variants may be available via Blinkit in select cities.

Availability depends on:

  • Location

  • Stock status

  • Platform policies

Delivery timelines for Blinkit orders follow their platform guidelines.


Remote Location Deliveries

We ship pan India, including most remote pin codes.

Delivery timelines for remote areas may be slightly extended.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

For security reasons, do not share OTP or delivery confirmation codes before physically receiving your package.
