Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our 30-Day Risk-Free Program is designed to offer reassurance while maintaining fairness for all customers.

Please review the policy carefully before initiating a request.

30-Day Risk-Free Program

This program is available under the following conditions:

  • Applicable to first-time buyers only

  • Valid on one product only

  • Can be availed once per user

  • Request must be raised within 30 days of delivery

If multiple products are ordered, the program will apply only to the highest-valued eligible product in the order.

Only one individual product per customer is eligible under this program.

Refund Method

For Prepaid Orders
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

For COD Orders
Refunds are issued as a Lickcious Gift Card valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Shipping & Return Charges

Shipping and return handling charges of ₹199 per shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD handling charges, if applicable at the time of order, are non-refundable.

Not Eligible for Risk-Free Returns

The following are not covered under the 30-Day Risk-Free Program:

  • Combo packs

  • Trial packs

  • Perfumes

  • Products purchased under clearance or final-sale promotions

Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Leakage during transit

  • Incorrect product received

  • Missing item in the order

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images for verification.

Patch Test Advisory

All Lickcious products are dermatologically tested for safe external use.

However, as individual skin sensitivity varies, we recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Address modification requests may be accommodated before dispatch and post-dispatch subject to courier feasibility.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed after product inspection.

Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
