Return Policy:

Given hygiene and safety standards, Lickcious products cannot be returned once opened. Returns are only acceptable in the case of damaged or incorrect products delivered. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.

• Refund Process: Approved claims will be processed within 7 working days.
  
  

• Cancellation Process: You may cancel your order before dispatch. Cancellations after dispatch are not accepted.
  
  

Refund and Return: Products eligible for refunds and returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
